You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betcx login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. BetCX operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identities, particularly before processing withdrawals above threshold amounts. Funds credited as part of a promotional bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being removed from your account.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by betcx are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as published at the time of the offer. These general terms apply to all betcx promotions unless a promotion's individual terms specifically state otherwise.
Every promotional bonus on betcx carries a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in wagers to clear). In the event of a game error or malfunction on betcx — including incorrect odds displayed, software errors or server-side faults — betcx reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to players' accounts. Winnings resulting from a clear and demonstrable technical error are not valid and will not be paid. BetCX will investigate all reported errors and communicate outcomes to affected players.
